Williamston Primary School

Hand painted mural inspired by the school’s aims and values, 2016

Project Summary:

Community Engagement

Pattern Design

Hand painting on site

Working in collaboration with staff and pupils we created a design that reflects the school’s aims and values whilst producing a bright, uplifting addition to the fabric of the building and the playground area.

Themes of pollination, recycling, local nature, inclusivity and community were explored throughout the design process. Layers of textures, bold shapes, and illustrative details reveal these themes over time and offer a long lasting point of interest.
