Working with London based design company Studio Mica, we created a mural like booth area for a restaurant within the newly built Bath Road Holiday Inn Hotel at London Heathrow Airport.

Our wallpaper designs Reflection and Jungle, part of our range of non-match wallpaper range, helped create a memorable dining experience through a vibrant, fresh atmosphere. We created a kaleidoscopic look of palms and architectural elements inspired by glasshouse structures.

Working closely with studio Mica we created a number of design options through visualisations design combinations on elevation drawings. This provided a realistic impression of the space showing how the wallpaper designs could be integrated within the design scheme. The non match aspect of our designs provided an opportunity to combine Reflections and Jungle designs to create a truly unique, dynamic design. We created a layout plan showing where the rolls of unique design should be cut and positioned to ensure an easy installation process.

The restaurant design by Studio Mica has been shortlisted for the 2020 Restaurant Bar & Design Awards in the ‘In Another Space’ category. We are delighted that our wall coverings have played an integral role in the projects realisation and nomination.

Client Comments:

“Bespoke Atelier's unique and bold wall coverings worked perfectly with our design for the front of house interiors at Holiday Inn Heathrow. The scale of their designs and organic abstract patterns enabled us to create an interior and ambience that has proved ideal for eating and drinking in a large scale and unusual atrium piazza at Hi Pizza restaurant and bar. We loved the random concept of the design and that it was available in a vinyl finish that met the fire classification required.

Their production team worked closely and creatively with our designers and readily assisted with samples, presentations and mock ups during the design process. They were also happy to engage with the procurement and installation teams and fully contribute to the realisation of a dynamic and successful interior design scheme.”
