We were commissioned by London brewing company Meantime to create a bespoke wallcovering for their London and UK events.
The print design was inspired by hop gardens and hop houses creating a wallpaper that promotes relaxation with a natural emphasis which is rooted in the production process. The wallpaper formed part of a pop-up bar at London Bridge City Summer Festival as part of the "Make Time For It" campaign and was also exhibited across 5 cities in the UK including Glasgow.
The wallpaper is made up of two designs: one containing a singular hop bine while the other one is made of two vertical bines. They can be applied together or separately to create a mural effect. The hand drawn monochrome botanical patterns are dotted with green leaves to bring movement to the artwork.
Meantime’s in house brewmaster created a black ale for the events, aged in barrels previously containing Whisky and Cognac reflecting our French and Scottish roots.
